Tuesdays With Dorie – Blueberry Brown Sugar Plain Cake

Don’t know what makes this cake more “plain” than other cakes, considering it’s full of berries, sweetened with an alternative sugar, and made with a meringue base.

Still, this is great. Got a little dark around the one edge, but I just ate that edge. Problem solved!
