Tuesdays With Dorie – Corniest Corn Muffins

Corn muffins made with cornmeal, corn oil, and corn. Pretty corny.

I was worried these would come out burnt, but they’re a deep brown on the bottom and quite edible. Woo woo!

(hope work folks will eat them dry, I don’t have butter for them)
