TUESDAYS WITH DORIE: Bourbon Bread Pudding

I bought bourbon for this. Thankfully, they had it in one of those little travel bottles, handy for alcoholics on the go.

I didn’t taste any specific flavor to the bourbon (and usually when one of Dorie’s recipes is flavored with booze, you can really taste it). Maybe I just don’t know what bourbon tastes like. Maybe bourbon tastes like bread. This pudding really tasted like bread.

Good, though. I probably like Dorie’s apple bread pudding better, but all bread pudding is good pudding.

Please see previous post about the Dorie Bowl, my three-recipe TWD Super Bowl adventure.
