Welp, Dorie… it’s been a heck of a year. I hope that I haven’t embarrassed you too much as I learned to bake.

I knew it was coming up, and I actually was of two minds about the whole thing. Part of me wanted to call it quits. After all, now I pretty much “have” baking (as well as a full artillery of baking tools that I’ve accrued throughout the year).
