Tuesdays? With Dorie – Coconut Butter Thins.

Apologies for the lateness.  These were done by Tuesday, I just didn’t blog.

These are my coconut butter thins.

They were great.  They were gobbled up at work.

While I was baking these, Rachel was baking treats for the puppy.

What puppy?

This puppy.

Also, after that, I made some pizza dough from scratch and we ate us some pizza.

What pizza?

This pizza.

Oops, wrong picture.

  1. Also that night, I mixed up the ingredients for French Pear Tarts. It was a baking kind of night.

  2. Rachel N Bostwick Says:

Forget the cookies, the pizza looks amazing.

  3. btw, I think it’s totally rad that you do TWDs. Keep up the good work! 🙂

  4. Awwwhhhh your sweetie is beautiful.

    So are your cookies.

  5. Butter cookies AND homemade pizza. Yowza!! Sounds just right. Looks like our pup – Ratbark (yes it is a weird name, but The Hunk was only 10 when he named him). Cookies look just right.

  6. Those cookies look delish and that pup is too cute!

  7. If you need to replace your mixer at a price you can afford…as in free…you should look to see if there is a freecycle list in your area. http://www.freecycle.org

I have used my local list several times and have been lucky enough to get a mini fridge for my husbands office, a sewing machine, and a winter jacket. All of these items were well cared for and in great condition.

And as I mentioned…you can’t beat the price!
